Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 5 days of receipt. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
To initiate a return:
1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process: Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense within the 5-day window. Once your return is shipped, please email the courier details (tracking number and courier service) to we@banzaara.com for our reference.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Banzaara is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
